At Adkas Clothing, we want you to love what you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our policy below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Eligible Items
- Unstitched salwar sets and fabric material — eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect, colour mismatch, or wrong item was sent.
- Stitched salwar suits, anarkali sets, and lehengas — eligible for return only in case of a defect or wrong item. We do not accept returns due to sizing preferences on stitched garments.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at adkas.office@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm next steps.
- If approved, we will share the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details when emailing us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at adkas.office@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
