At Adkas Clothing, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time across India.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout for select pin codes)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹2,000 — the exact amount is shown at checkout before payment.
Courier Partners
We ship via trusted partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and DTDC, depending on your delivery location and pin code serviceability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
